Delivery & dispatch
Send a parcel across Sefwi Wiawso.
Documents, parcels or something you bought on the marketplace. An approved rider collects it, and hands it over only when the receiver gives the delivery PIN. The fee depends on where it is going, and you see it before you confirm.
Delivery fees
by destination areaThe K. Yebo operations team sets these fees. Oversized or multi-stop deliveries may be quoted separately by support before a rider is assigned.
What happens to your parcel
You get a notification each time the status changes. These are the statuses you will see.
- 1
Looking for a rider
You give us the pickup, the drop-off, what you are sending and who receives it.
- 2
Rider assigned
An approved rider accepts the job.
- 3
Picked up
The rider collects the parcel and marks it picked up, so you see the change.
- 4
Delivered
The receiver gives the delivery PIN, and only then is the job closed.
There is no live rider GPS unless the rider's app and device support it. You will always see each step: requested, assigned, picked up and delivered.
The PIN handover
When you book, you receive a one-time delivery PIN. Share it with the receiver. The rider asks for it at the door and enters it to close the job, so the parcel goes to the right person. If you pay cash, the rider collects it at handover.
Safeguards on every job
- Riders are reviewed and approved before their first job.
- Handover is confirmed with a one-time PIN or an approved photo.
- The receiver's name and phone go only to the assigned rider.
- Support can step in for delays, missing items or cancellations.
