Our operations team sets these fares and they do not surge. The trip back costs the same. Only active routes are listed.

Booking online and booking by phone go through the same dispatch desk. These are the statuses your trip page shows.

Your trip goes to verified drivers. It is not confirmed until one of them accepts it.

Driver accepted
The driver's name, vehicle and registration number appear on your trip page.

Driver arriving
The driver is on the way to your pickup point.

Passenger picked up
You are on the road. You can share your trip reference and status link from your account.

Trip completed
Pay the driver in cash where enabled, or pay online by card or Mobile Money before a driver is offered the trip. The trip stays in your history.
About tracking: your trip page refreshes itself and shows each status change. This is status tracking, not live GPS.

"Online now" means a verified driver has marked themselves available and is not on a current or upcoming trip. This can change before a driver accepts.
Where we go: rides within Sefwi Wiawso, covering Asaman, Dwinase, Newtown, Nsuonsua, Susumente, Tanoso, Town Centre. Routes to nearby communities are added only once verified drivers and vehicles cover them.
Safety on the road
- Verified drivers and vehicles
- Only drivers our operations team has approved, with their licence and vehicle checked, can accept rides.
- Your number stays private
- Only the driver assigned to your trip can see your phone number.
- Share your trip
- Send your trip reference and status link to family from your account, using your phone's share sheet or by copying the link.
- Report a problem
- Report a safety issue from the trip page. It opens a support case with the operations team.
- Call support about a trip
- Our support line in Sefwi Wiawso takes calls before, during and after a trip.
- No card details stored
- Online payments go through licensed payment providers. K. Yebo never sees or stores your card or Mobile Money PIN.
Paying for a ride
- The fare you see before you confirm is the published fare for that route.
- You can pay the driver in cash. It is recorded as collected when the driver completes the trip.
- If a ride you paid for online is cancelled before pickup, the payment is refunded through the same method.

Ghana time (GMT). You can schedule a ride up to 14 days ahead, within these hours. Outside them, call us for urgent transport.
What tracking shows
Your trip page shows the driver's details and every status change, and it refreshes on its own. It does not show live GPS. A map appears only if a supported driver device is sharing its location.
